You can have six-pack abs and still have gynaecomastia.
Gynaecomastia is not only about body fat. Hormones, genetics, puberty, medications, steroids, and even normal developmental changes can cause gland enlargement.
That’s why some extremely lean men still avoid tight shirts or swimming pools. The chest does not always reflect body fat percentage.
This is not always a weight problem. Sometimes it’s a tissue problem.

If exercise could remove gland tissue, surgeons wouldn’t exist.
The gym can absolutely improve your chest. It can reduce fat and build muscle. But gland tissue is different — it’s dense tissue sitting under the ni**le.
That’s why many fit men still have puffy ni**les or a chest contour they don’t like. The gym improves the frame. It doesn’t erase the gland.
Fitness can hide gynaecomastia. It usually can’t eliminate it.

Happy to share my latest article published in India Today today.
This piece addresses an issue that needs much more public awareness: cosmetic injectables are not simple beauty treatments, and they should never be treated casually. The recent CDSCO clarification reinforces that cosmetics are meant for external use, and injectable cosmetic products do not qualify as cosmetics under the law.
Patient safety, qualified hands, and proper complication management are essential whenever injectable aesthetic procedures are being considered.
Read here: Cosmetic injectables are not for barbers and beauticians

A plastic surgeon has backed the CDSCO clarification barring cosmetics from being injected into the body. He said the move draws a clear safety line as untrained operators increasingly offer risky aesthetic procedures.

Yes… gynaecomastia can come back — but not for the reason most men think.
If the gland is properly removed, true recurrence is uncommon. What often looks like “recurrence” is actually weight gain, steroid use, hormonal imbalance, or residual gland left behind during conservative surgery.
Good surgery removes the problem. Good habits protect the result.
Surgery changes your chest. Lifestyle protects it.

If your ni**les stay puffy even after weight loss, listen carefully.
Chest fat and gynecomastia are not the same thing. Fat is soft and spread out. Gynecomastia usually has a firmer gland directly under the ni**le.
That’s why some men train hard for years and still don’t like their chest shape. You can lose fat, but you cannot bench press away gland tissue.
If the shape doesn’t change with fat loss, it’s probably not fat.

A breast lift transforms shape & position—but there’s a trade-off.
Lift = younger, proportionate breasts instantly. Reality: scars match the lift’s tightness (lollipop, anchor patterns).
Surgeons must show outcome + realistic scarring upfront. Focus beyond the result.
Every gain has a cost. Know yours. 🩺

Everyone wants “natural” breast results. Most pick the wrong method.
Fat transfer = your tissue, but modest volume (50-70% survival) and unpredictable. Implants = reliable size/shape, but fake if oversized.
Natural comes from proportion + precise technique, not material. Sometimes, combine both. Skip trends—match your anatomy.
Natural is designed, not selected. 💡
