A little glimpse of how I celebrated Independence Day — with pride in my heart, gratitude for the freedom we have, and a whole lot of community spirit. ❤️

From hoisting the tricolour at Upasani Super Speciality Hospital, to being invited as the Chief Guest for the flag-hoisting ceremony in our society, to celebrating the freedom that comes with having a fit and healthy body at my gym — moving, challenging ourselves and celebrating strength, health and togetherness. 💪🇮🇳

Every moment was a reminder of what this day truly means.

Because independence isn’t just about the freedom we inherited. It is also about having the strength, health and courage to make the most of it.

Grateful for our country. Grateful for our people. Grateful for the freedom to dream, to serve, to move and to grow.

When he first walked into my clinic, every step was painful.

Simple things like walking, climbing stairs, and standing for long periods had become a daily struggle. He had started believing that living with pain was simply a part of ageing.

After a thorough evaluation, we decided that knee replacement was the right solution.

This video was taken on the very day he stood up and started walking after surgery.

For me, this is the most rewarding moment—not the operation itself, but watching a patient take those first confident, pain-free steps toward a better life.
