I have been in private practice as a Psychologist and Counselor in Mumbai for over 15 years. I specialize in Rapid Transformational therapy: a model which applies the most beneficial principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and hypnotherapy. Having worked with clients varying from professionals to celebrities, homemakers to students; I help my clients process and deal with issues of anxiety and depression without medication. I have a client-centered approach to therapy that is integrative and holistic. In practice I use a concept I like to call Personalised Medicine. This involves careful planning and selection of the best treatment technique, specifically dependant on the Client’s personality & unique set of issues. I trust the Rapid Transformation therapymodel, which as the name suggests, is quick, very effective and transformative.I believe in providing a safe space for my clients to deal with their traumas and difficulties, as they move ahead in their journey towards healing and fulfilment.

Sometimes guilt remains long after the situation itself has ended.

You may intellectually understand that you made a mistake, yet emotionally continue punishing yourself for it.

RTT can help explore the experiences, beliefs, and emotional associations connected to persistent guilt.

Sometimes the deeper issue isn't simply the event itself.

It may be the meaning you attached to it.

Therapeutic work can help you examine these beliefs and develop healthier ways of understanding your experiences.

Self-forgiveness is not about avoiding responsibility.

It's about accepting responsibility, learning from the experience, and allowing yourself to continue living.

The words we use with ourselves can influence how we process difficult experiences.

"I should have known better."

"I should have acted differently."

"I should never have done that."

These statements keep your attention anchored to the past.

Try changing the question.

Instead of asking, "What should I have done?"

Ask, "What can I choose next time?"

This small shift moves you from punishment toward learning.

You cannot rewrite yesterday.

But you can use yesterday's lessons to make tomorrow different.

That is where growth happens.

Anxiety can make a difficult season feel like a permanent reality. 😞

But a season is not a sentence.

The mind can learn, adapt and heal. With the right support and therapeutic process, you can begin to understand the patterns beneath anxiety and create new ones. 🌸

You are not defined by what your mind is experiencing today.

Some seasons simply need care, patience and the right process to pass.

If anxiety has been taking up more space in your life, therapy can help you find a way forward. ❤️

When we feel disconnected, we often wait until we feel better before reaching out.

But connection can actually be part of what helps us feel better.

You don't need to organise a huge gathering or have a deep conversation every time.

Send a message to someone you care about.

Ask someone how they're really doing.

Have coffee with a friend.

Sit beside someone without needing to fill every silence.

Small moments of genuine connection can remind you that you are part of something larger than yourself.

Today, choose one person and take one small step toward connection.

Loneliness isn't always about being physically alone.

Sometimes you can be surrounded by people and still feel as though nobody truly understands you.

You may be functioning normally on the outside while quietly wishing someone would ask how you're really doing.

Connection is a human need.

Wanting meaningful relationships doesn't make you weak or needy. It means you value being understood, heard and accepted.

Start small.

Share something genuine with someone you trust. Have the conversation you've been postponing. Allow yourself to be seen beyond the version of you that always says, "I'm fine."

Real connection often begins with one honest moment.

Perfectionism can sometimes be connected to deeper beliefs formed through earlier experiences.

Perhaps mistakes were heavily criticised. Perhaps approval felt connected to achievement. Perhaps you learned that being successful was a way to feel accepted, safe or valued.

Over time, these experiences can influence the beliefs you carry into adulthood.

RTT can help you explore the experiences and beliefs that may be contributing to these patterns and create space for healthier perspectives.

The goal isn't to stop caring about doing things well.

It's to develop a relationship with achievement where you can strive, grow and succeed while still giving yourself compassion along the way.

Perfectionism can make simple tasks feel much bigger than they need to be.

You may keep editing that email, checking that presentation or postponing a decision because you want everything to be exactly right.

Try choosing a clear definition of "good enough" before you begin.

For example, decide that you will spend 30 minutes on the task, review it once, and then move on.

This isn't about lowering your standards. It's about creating a healthier relationship with achievement.

Sometimes progress requires knowing when something is ready, rather than waiting for it to become perfect.
