💁🏻‍♀️Want to know thyroid friendly foods swap comment yes ✅
If you’re constantly dealing with constipation, acidity, heartburn, or recurring infections, your food choices might be to blame!

💁🏻‍♀️ Few simple swaps to improve your digestion↓

🔄 Cruciferous veggies are high in sulphur and can cause bloating and heartburn. Switch to water-rich veggies like cucumber or zucchini for easy digestion.

🔄 Milk is inflammatory and has lactose which most people are intolerant to but aren’t aware hence it leads to bloating & gut issues. Switch to buttermilk which is light and will also give you added probiotics to strengthen the gut!

🔄 Wheat’s gluten content makes it harder to digest. Rice is a gentler alternative and perfect for sensitive tummies.

🔄 Red chilli may worsen acidity, but green chilli is alkaline and kinder to your stomach.

🔄 Dry fruits can be heavy unless soaked because of their nutrient content. Soaking them overnight makes them easier to digest!

Make these swaps and give your gut the love it
