✨ It’s so interesting to witness how things unfold… ✨
About 1.5 years ago, I was part of a group where one of the members shared an observation about how adulterated our food has become — and how little we actually know about what we are consuming.
The moment this information was shared, almost everyone in the group instinctively started applying Ho'oponopono to it. 🙏
No arguments. No fear. No blame.
Just a simple intention of cleansing the energy around what we were witnessing.
And today, 1.5 years down the line, we are witnessing Tukaram Munde as FDA Commissioner — a name that needs no introduction when it comes to action and accountability.
Then, just this afternoon, I ordered Schezwan rice from a local restaurant.
The drastic difference in the colour immediately caught my attention. It made me pause and wonder about how many changes are happening around us — some visible, some invisible — and how every change can create a ripple effect.
Maybe this is how energy works.
We don't always know where an intention will travel or what form it will eventually take. But sometimes, we get to witness the ripple.
What you give out eventually finds its way back to your own plate — literally and karmically. 🌱
And perhaps, in a world where there is so much happening around us, one of the simplest things we can give out right now is:
Ho'oponopono. ❤️
