A basic skin care morning routine!
I recommend a SPF 50 everyday all day.
Sometimes a SPF 30!
Was this useful?
Any questions?
Follow your skin needs a basic routine is
cleanse
balance
moisturise
protect
you need to change what balance you are doing according to your concern.
Balancing your oil production or balancing your sun damage or providing some extra hydration.
Toners are no more needed to balance your ph but hydrating toners or toners with actives can be added.

P.S-Sorry the SPF 15 is misleading!!

Dark circles and puffiness was the most common questions asked to me in my QnA on stories.
I have made the post as simple and practical as possible.
I have tried to include products from all price range and a good mix of Indian and foreign products.
Whichever part of the world you are from,I am sure you will benefit from this post.
Understanding the cause of your dark circles is the most important step.
Underlying iron deficiency and thyroid are the common problems associated with pigmentation and puffiness.
Do you like my post?
Is it simple and useful?
I donโ€™t want to give you too much information but enough to help you and not overwhelm you.
Tell me your feedback and your favourite eyes creams.
Every case is different but I personally use all my face products in the under eye area.
I prescribe under eye creams depending on what they need or donโ€™t need.
Are you using a under eye cream ?

My dry skin beauties!
This one is for you!
Pores and dry skin is the most confusing thing for most of you,I know.
When you have dry skin and dilated pores remember moisturiser is still your best friend.
Salicylic acid may dry your skin further but niacinamide increases natural lipids and reduces surface water loss so donโ€™t be scared of Niacinamde but most serums available are higher percentage and can especially irritate dry skin so you can mix a few drops with your moisturiser or start with lower percentage.
Pigmentation is difficult for me to treat without a consultation but these are ingredients which help.
Bumps on dry skin is not fungal acne!It could be but most likely it is dead cell build up or closed Comedones sooo lactic acid is the best for me to recommend without examining
I do love the lactic acid but it could be strong so make sure to moisturise.
Everyone knows how much I love azelaic acid!!!
It is pure magic for pigmentation for acne for rosacea for everything!
It is my absolute favourite ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•
I have listed out a few cleansers and mositurisers I prescribe for dry skin!

1.Moiz cleansing lotion
2.Episoft cleansing lotion
3.Aderma soothing cleansing gel

Moisturisers
1.Oryza cream
2.Hydrova cream
3.Episoft amf cream

But these are just recommendations as I havenโ€™t consulted you!๐Ÿ’•

So everyone knows by now, pores are not doors and windows which open and close.
They are openings of the glands of our face and are very important.
But we donโ€™t them over producing oil and dilating the openings
So products to introduce in your regimen would be to decrease your oil production and also boost up your collagen soo that the duct openings are held tighter.
Salicylic acid and niacinamide works well to control oil.
My part two will contain more advance steps for skim care.
This is just basic steps start with any one product and then build up your regimen.
Products mentioned
Cleansers
1.tone n glo S face wash
Salicylic acid 2 percent
Glycolic acid 1 percent
2.Saslis Ds face wash
Salicylic acid 2 percent
3.Munoz S face wash
Salicylic acid 1 percent
Toners
1.kaya purifying toner
2.Dr Sheth s gulab and glycolic toner
3.Acnepad by regaliz
Moisturisers containing Niacinamde
1.Acrofy acne lotion
2.Excela moisturiser

Are your pores bothering you?what do you include in your regimen to minimise those pores?๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•

Hyaluronic acid products!!
Disclaimer-I donโ€™t prescribe all of these but they are all amazing products for different amazing skin types!
Before you use any product from my recommendations please do your research or book a consultation ๐Ÿ˜
The serums are best to counter the irritating side effects of retinoids and plumping your skin!
The creams are moisturising too ๐ŸŒŸ
Which one is your favourite?
Which one are you wanting to include in your skin care routine?
I will do a detailed post on the benefits of hyaluronic acid but till then shoot your questions in the comments ๐Ÿ˜
