Pilates can be a valuable tool for rehab after joint surgery!
India’s leading Pilates and fitness expert Namrata Purohit () recently underwent a major shoulder surgery with SportsDocs surgeon Dr Deepak Bhatia. While our rehab team helped her with post-surgical physiotherapy, Namrata combined Pilates with physiotherapy workouts to rapidly return to her high performance level.
