She gained 30 kgs after pregnancy because of a rare autoimmune condition
But she refused to let her diagnosis define her future โœจ

After developing Myasthenia Gravis during pregnancy, steroid medication became essential to manage her condition. But along with recovery came weight gain, severe water retention, low energy, and a body she no longer recognized.

She was also struggling with
โŒ PCOS and hormonal imbalance
โŒ Poor sleep and low immunity
โŒ Irregular periods
โŒ Facial puffiness and water retention
โŒ Loss of confidence

Instead of another restrictive diet, we built a plan around her health.
โœ… Nutrition tailored to her condition
โœ… Anti-inflammatory, balanced meals
โœ… Gradual strength training based on recovery
โœ… Sustainable habits she could actually maintain

The result
๐Ÿ’ฅ 11 kgs lost in 12 weeks
๐Ÿ’ฅ 6 inches off her waist
๐Ÿ’ฅ Visible reduction in puffiness and body fat
๐Ÿ’ฅ Better sleep, higher energy, and renewed confidence

Her favorite win?
"I finally feel like I'm getting myself back." โค๏ธ

This transformation proves that even with hormonal challenges, medications, or an autoimmune condition, progress is possible with the right approach.

We often think we need more time to prioritise our health, but sometimes we simply need a reason strong enough to start ๐Ÿ’ช

For Risha, hormonal changes became that reason. Instead of skipping meals or chasing quick fixes, she began focusing on strength training, eating better and consistently showing up for her workouts, even with a packed schedule. The result wasnโ€™t only a change in how she looked, but less back pain, better energy, greater strength and a lifestyle she now wants to continue for life.

Because as we get older, building and maintaining muscle becomes even more important, and itโ€™s never too late to begin.

If youโ€™re eating less, exercising consistently, and still not losing postpartum weightโ€ฆ this is something you need to hear.
Postpartum fat loss is very different from regular weight loss. Your body is recovering from pregnancy, balancing hormones, repairing tissue, and for many moms, supporting breastfeeding too. That means your nutritional needs are higher, not lower.

This is why simply cutting calories harder often backfires. Low protein, iron deficiency, poor recovery, and nutrient gaps can slow metabolism, increase fatigue, and make fat loss feel impossible.
The goal is not to eat as little as possible. The goal is to nourish your body enough so it feels safe to recover and lose fat sustainably.

When recovery improves, energy improves. Hormones improve. Fat loss becomes easier.

Shaili came back after 2 years
Not because she gained the weight backโ€ฆ
But because she wanted her next level โœจ

Most people think transformation ends when they hit their goal weight, she proved otherwise. Back in 2024, we helped her lose 14 kgs, overcome stress eating, and completely transform her health

The biggest win?
She maintained it all

Even after getting married
Even after moving to the US
Even through major life changes
Because the habits were sustainable. When she came back in 2026, the goal had changed.

This time, it wasnโ€™t about weight loss
It was about body recomposition

At 58 kgs, her weight was healthy
But body fat was still around 35 percent, and she wanted to become leaner, stronger, and more toned

She was dealing with
โŒ High body fat despite healthy weight
โŒ Sweet cravings
โŒ Acne and hair fall
โŒ Constipation
โŒ Low energy and workout fatigue
โŒ Training 6 days a week with poor recovery

Her body didnโ€™t need more stress
It needed better recovery

So we changed the strategy
โœ… Increased calories to support recovery and muscle building
โœ… Shifted focus from weight loss to body recomposition
โœ… Reduced workouts from 6 to 5 days
โœ… Added recovery and cardio days
โœ… Focused on muscle gain while reducing body fat

The result
๐Ÿ’ฅ 3.5 kgs lost
๐Ÿ’ฅ Body fat reduced from 35 percent to 29 percent
๐Ÿ’ฅ Visible toning and muscle definition
๐Ÿ’ฅ Abs lines starting to show

But the biggest wins happened beyond the mirror
โœจ Energy improved
โœจ Recovery got better
โœจ Sweet cravings reduced
โœจ Acne improved
โœจ Hair fall reduced
โœจ No more workout exhaustion

This is what real transformation looks like
Phase 1 was weight loss
Phase 2 was maintenance
Phase 3 was building the body she truly wanted
Because reaching your goal is not always the finish line
Sometimes, itโ€™s just the beginning ๐Ÿ’œ

The 3rd month is where motivation fades and real habits begin.

Most people start fitness journeys feeling excited. But sustainable transformation is not built during the โ€œmotivatedโ€ phase. Itโ€™s built during the busy weeks, stressful days, vacations, festivals, and imperfect moments where you still choose to keep going instead of quitting completely.

Long-term health is not about following a perfect plan forever. Itโ€™s about learning how to return to your routine after life interrupts it. That skill is what creates permanent results.

Do not quit just because the journey stopped feeling new. Sometimes consistency becomes most important exactly when excitement disappears โค๏ธ

One of the biggest surprises for many of the mums I work with is how dramatically their body changes when sleep improves.

We focus so much on calories, workouts, and step counts that we forget sleep is where recovery actually happens. When you're running on broken sleep, your body produces more cortisol, hunger hormones become harder to regulate, cravings increase, and fat loss often slows down. That's why so many mums feel stuck despite doing "everything right."

The good news? You don't need perfect sleep to see benefits. Even an extra 30-60 minutes of quality sleep can improve energy, reduce cravings, support recovery, and make fat loss easier over time.
If you've hit a plateau and feel like nothing is working anymore, DM me "RESET" and let's look beyond diet and exercise.

A few years ago, rain was my favourite excuse.

Too wet to walk. Too gloomy to exercise. Too comfortable to leave the house. And before I knew it, one missed workout became a missed week, then a missed month.
What finally changed wasn't motivation. It was having a plan that worked even when life didn't. No gym. No fancy equipment. No perfect setup. Just short workouts I could do at home, consistently.

That's the thing about transformation: your body doesn't care where you move. It only cares that you keep moving. The women who get results aren't always the most motivated. They're the ones who have a backup plan for the days when motivation disappears.

If you're waiting for the perfect weather, perfect routine, or perfect time to start, this is your reminder: consistency beats perfection every single time.

One of the hardest lessons for service-based businesses and coaches is understanding that accessibility and self-worth are not opposites.

In the beginning, many people undercharge because theyโ€™re still learning, building confidence, or trying to gain experience. That phase is normal. But over time, your pricing should reflect the years of knowledge, systems, problem-solving, emotional energy, and results you bring to the table.

Whatโ€™s interesting is that clients who genuinely invest in themselves often approach the process differently. They show more commitment, consistency, and accountability because the decision feels intentional.

Valuing your work does not make you selfish. It allows you to sustain the quality, energy, and support that actually helps people long term โค๏ธ
