"I'm bored!" a phrase many parents hear almost every day.
Are children today experiencing boredom more often? Could everyday eating habits play a role in how children focus, sustain interest, and regulate their emotions?
As a Therapist for Kids & Youth, I am conducting a research study exploring the relationship between children's eating habits and boredom, along with other parameters like attention and mood among children aged 4–15 years.
If you are a parent or primary caregiver of a child aged 4–15 years, I invite you to participate in this anonymous questionnaire. It takes approximately 3-5 minutes to complete.

As a token of appreciation, participants may choose to receive:
• A Parent Webinar on supporting children's focus and emotional well-being
• A Summary of the Study Findings
• Consideration for a Complimentary 30-Minute Parent Guidance Session (Limited Slots)
Your participation will contribute to a better understanding of children's well-being and help build much-needed research in this area.
Please feel free to share this with other parents.
