Walk daily in moderation
Use hot fomentation for stiffness
Sit with proper posture
Wear supportive footwear
Take breaks during long standing
Do physiotherapy regularly
Keep knee muscles active and flexible
Use stairs slowly with support if needed
Don’ts ❌
Avoid sitting cross-legged for a long time
Don’t squat repeatedly
Avoid sudden twisting movements
Don’t ignore persistent knee pain
Avoid high-impact jumping /running
Don’t climb excessive stairs unnecessarily
Avoid prolonged standing without rest
Don’t lift heavy weights incorrectly
Avoid completely stopping movement/activity
Don’t self-medicate continuously without advice
