A Conjunctival Inclusion Cyst is a common, benign, thin-walled, transparent growth on the eye's surface, often containing clear fluid and resulting from trapped epithelial cells. They are usually asymptomatic but may cause irritation, foreign body sensation, or cosmetic concerns.
Treatment is generally only needed if symptomatic, often involving surgical excision.
