-Tell us if you have a sore throat, cold, cough, fever, breathlessness or travel history prior to coming to the clinic or when you call to take an appointment.
-Do not go out, except to get essential goods (also applies for the people you stay with).
-Maintain social distancing like your life depends on it. It does. 🙃
-Have a healthy diet, happy mind and good night's sleep - helps to keep up your immunity :)
