🩺 Prioritizing Our Frontline: HCW TB Screening Launched at ESIS Hospital Worli by Chief Guest Mr. Ramesh Chavhan (IAS)
​Taking a definitive step toward a Germ-Free TB Mukt Bharat, ESIS Hospital Worli officially launched the Healthcare Worker (HCW) TB Screening initiative under the CTD-CDC-ESIS-SHARE INDIA TB Mukt Bharat Project 3.0.
​We were deeply honored to welcome Mr. Ramesh Chavhan (IAS), Commissioner & Chief Executive Officer of the Maharashtra ESI Society, as our esteemed Chief Guest. In his address, he emphasized the critical importance of safeguarding the health of our medical workforce as they spearhead the fight against Tuberculosis.
​The event featured pivotal remarks from global and national public health leaders, including Dr. Anand Date (Global TB Branch Chief, CDC Atlanta) and Dr. Hardeep Sandhu (TB Advisor, CDC India), who discussed the strategic implementation of TB Infection Prevention Control (TB-IPC).
​A successful inauguration followed, led by all attending dignitaries, officially opening the screening doors for our dedicated healthcare staff.
