Day 4 | Kushmanda | Joy ☀️🪔

Day 4 belongs to Kushmanda, the goddess whose gentle smile is said to have created the universe. Joy is where energy begins. 🌼

When life gets busy, the little things that used to light us up often slip away quietly. We stop doing them, and sometimes we don’t even notice. Today is a chance to notice.

Today’s journaling prompt:
What have I stopped enjoying? Write about one small thing that could bring a spark back this week.

Take 10 to 15 minutes. Light your diya, take a few slow breaths and write honestly. It can be something tiny, like a song, a walk, a cup of chai or a call with an old friend.

Close with this line:
“Today I release ___.”
Share yours in the comments, or keep it just for yourself. 💛

✨ Save this post to journal with it later.
✨ Share it with someone who could use a little spark.
✨ Come back tomorrow for Day 5: Self-compassion.

With Manovriti, creating space to pause, reflect and reset.

Day 3 | Chandraghanta | Fear 🔔🪔

Day 3 brings us to Chandraghanta, whose bell is said to drive away fear. Today we don’t push fear away. We name it.

Fear often grows in the dark, when it stays vague and unspoken. But when we put it into words, it becomes smaller and easier to look at. 🌙

Today’s journaling prompt:
What am I afraid of? Write the fear out in full. Then answer it as your braver self.

Take 10 to 15 minutes. Light your diya, take a few slow breaths and write honestly. You don’t have to solve anything today. Just let the fear be heard.

Close with this line:
“Today I release ___.”

✨ Share it with someone who could use some courage today.

Day 2 | Brahmacharini | Patience 🌱🪔

Yesterday we found our footing. Today we meet Brahmacharini, the goddess who stands for quiet devotion and patience through long waiting.

So many of us feel the pull to rush, to push and to force things to happen on our timeline. But some things grow only when we give them time, just like a seed. 🌿

Today’s journaling prompt:
Where am I rushing or forcing things? What am I tired of waiting for? What would patience look like today?

Take 10 to 15 minutes. Light your diya, take a few slow breaths and write honestly, without hurrying yourself.

Close with this line:
“Today I release ___.”

Day 1 | Shailaputri | Grounding 🏔️🪔

Navratri begins with the goddess of the mountain. She stands steady, and she reminds us that before we release anything, we need to find our footing.

Today’s journaling prompt:
What is shaking my stability right now? Write it down. Then list 3 things that anchor me.

Take 10 to 15 minutes. Light a diya, take a few slow breaths and write without judging what comes out.

Tell me in the comments: what is one thing that anchors you? 👇

✨ Save this post to journal with it later.
✨ Share it with someone who could use some grounding.
✨ Come back tomorrow for Day 2: Patience.

Navratri is not only about what we do outside. It is also a time to look within. 🪔

For the next 9 days, I’m sharing a journaling prompt a day, one for each goddess. Together they make an emotional detox, so you can let go of what feels heavy, one page at a time.

Here’s what’s coming:

Day 2: Patience
Day 3: Fear
Day 4: Joy
Day 5: Self-compassion
Day 6: Anger & boundaries
Day 7: Shadow
Day 8: Forgiveness
Day 9: Completion

All you need is a pen, a notebook, a diya and 15 minutes a day.

You cannot build psychological safety through a presentation alone.

Defining psychological safety on a slide is easy. Experiencing what it actually feels like to disagree, take a stand, or ask for support in front of your peers? That takes a completely different container.

In a recent session facilitated for a young creative team, we moved past the theory and worked with embodied, visual, and experiential processes:

• Taking a stand (literally): Using movement to notice what it feels like when your perspective is different from the room.
• Arts-based externalization: Drawing and mapping out mental load, boundaries, and coping resources when words feel too heavy.
• Metaphor & cards: Giving people language beyond standard corporate jargon.

What I love about experiential learning is that different minds enter through different doors:

— Some think aloud.
— Some connect through movement.
— Some need visual expression.
— Some observe first, and speak when they feel anchored.

True psychological safety isn't just encouraging people to 'speak up'. It is creating space for all the ways people think, process, and participate.

How does your team practice psychological safety beyond meeting agendas?

Decisiveness begins when mental clutter ends.

When our daily routine is dominated by unresolved decisions, high-stakes responsibilities, and constant cognitive overload, we often defer self-reflection to an indefinite future date.

I don't even know what I want anymore.

I hear this often from high-functioning women.

When you spend all your energy solving problems for everyone else, your own thoughts get buried under the volume of daily responsibilities.

You don't need another podcast or someone giving you advice. You just need a quiet, structured container to hear yourself think.

That is what we do inside the 5-Day Clarity Journey. In 1 hour a day, we take the mental clutter, break it down through structured prompts, and help your nervous system reset.

Details for the upcoming cohort:
• Dates: Oct 5 – 9 | 10:30 AM or 7:00 PM IST
• Access: ₹1,400 (Live sessions + workbooks)
