The closer we come to nature, the closer we come to ourselves. 🌿

Maybe that is why animals feel so healing.

They don’t ask us to explain ourselves.
They don’t care how productive we were today.
They don’t need us to be anything other than present.

And when we sit beside them, something within us remembers how to simply be.

There is something about their innocence, their presence, their uncomplicated way of loving that softens something in us.

In Ayurveda, Sattva is associated with clarity, peace and harmony. And perhaps nature gives us little windows into that state — through silence, through connection, through being close to something that asks nothing of us.

Maybe healing isn’t always about adding something.

Sometimes, it is about returning to what is natural.

Stay close to what makes you feel alive 🥰❤️

There are some rituals I recommend to my patients that I quietly keep for myself too 🌿

This is one of them.

On a slow Sunday, I like to mix my Neeli+ Herbal Hair Pack with fresh curd, apply it from the scalp through the lengths, and simply let the herbs do their work while I slow down.

Why a hair pack?

Because hair care, to me, isn’t just about the visible strand.

The hair fibre is made primarily of keratin, with the outer cuticle acting as its protective layer. Repeated heat, chemicals, pollution and dryness can disturb that surface, which is why hair can gradually become rough, dull and difficult to manage.

But the story begins even deeper — at the scalp and follicle.

Oxidative stress is one of the mechanisms associated with premature greying, and our modern lifestyle brings plenty of factors that can contribute to oxidative stress and poor hair health.

That is why Neeli+ was formulated with 15+ herbs — Amla, Bhringraj, Brahmi, Jatamansi and more — along with Vitamin E.

The idea is simple:

🌿 Care for the scalp.
🌿 Nourish the hair fibre.
🌿 Bring antioxidant-rich herbs into the ritual.
🌿 And create a moment where the mind gets to slow down too.

Because when I formulated Neeli+, I didn’t want to think only about “How can we make the hair look better?”

I wanted to think about the whole head — scalp, hair and mind.

And that’s something I love about Ayurveda.

It doesn’t separate beauty from wellbeing.

So today, this is my prescription for myself:

Herbs. Curd. Silence. And twenty unhurried minutes. 🤍🌿

To make Neeli+ a part of your hair ritual, DM us “NEELI” to order. 🌿

(P.S: the image has been aesthetically created with the help of AI. The ritual, formulation and product are completely real — I simply wanted the visual to capture the experience beautifully.)

Why did I choose Ayurveda? 🌿
This is a question many have asked me.

Honestly, I don’t think I chose Ayurveda.
I believe Ayurveda chose me. 🤍

Since the 8th standard, I knew I wanted to become a doctor. I was a very playful child, but something within me suddenly shifted. I wanted to serve people, help them, and do something meaningful with my life.

Back then, I had just one dream — to become a surgeon. I believed surgery was the way I could save lives and make a difference.

When I explored my options, many MBBS doctors discouraged me, saying, “You don’t have a doctor in your family. You won’t have that support.”

But the Ayurvedic doctors I met said, “Yes, you can become a doctor.”

I scored well enough for MBBS, but the only option available to me was through a donation fee. An Ayurveda college, however, welcomed me based on my scores — without any donation. And I could still pursue my dream of becoming a surgeon.

So I entered BAMS, thinking I was simply taking a different route towards the dream I already had.

Then, in my second year of BAMS, I came under the guidance of my Guruji, Vaidya Samir Jamadagni Sir, in Pune.

And that’s when everything began to change.

I witnessed people who had been advised surgery improve with Ayurveda. I saw chronic conditions respond in ways that genuinely amazed me.

And I began to realise:

If my purpose is to help people live healthier lives, why should I limit myself to surgery alone?

The more I studied Ayurveda, the more I realised that it was not merely a system of medicine. It was a timeless science of life — one that looks at the whole person: body, mind, emotions and the way we live.

Today, when I look back, I feel every little step was quietly leading me here.

And sometimes I think of that little girl from the 8th standard, who simply knew she wanted to become a doctor so she could help people.

She had no idea where that dream would take her.

The dream never changed.
Only the path did. 🤍

And perhaps that is why, with all my heart, I say:

I didn’t choose Ayurveda.
Ayurveda chose me. 🌿

And I’m grateful every single day that it did. 🙏🏻

Another feather in my healing journey. ✨

Grateful to have completed Level 1 in Craniosacral Therapy — a fascinating approach that invites us to listen to the body in an entirely different way.

Beyond the familiar rhythms of the heart and breath, Craniosacral Therapy works with the subtle rhythms and movements of the craniosacral system, using gentle touch and specialised techniques to explore areas of tension, restriction and imbalance.

From lymphatic and fascial work to OA release, cranial flexion–extension, holds, unwinding and other subtle release techniques — every technique taught me a little more about how beautifully interconnected the body is. 🤍

For me, learning is never just about adding another certification. It is about adding another layer of understanding, so I can offer my patients more thoughtful, personalised and integrative care.

Always learning. Always evolving. Always for better healing. 🌿✨

If you’re curious to experience Craniosacral Therapy as a gentle, one-on-one therapeutic session, appointments are now open. 🤍

Your feet carry you all day. But did you know they can also help you switch off? 🌿

By evening, it isn’t only your feet that are tired.
Your muscles, nervous system, mind and emotions have all been processing the day.

A 10–15 minute warm foot soak can be a simple way to tell your body: it’s time to slow down.

✨ Why I love this ritual:

🦶 Soothes tired, heavy feet
💧 Helps ease mild puffiness and fluid accumulation
💆‍♀️ Relaxes tired muscles & everyday aches
🧠 Encourages the parasympathetic “rest, digest & recover” state
🪻 Helps create a calming sensory environment for the mind & emotions
🌿 And traditionally, salt bathing is used as a cleansing and grounding ritual

And then there is magnesium — an essential mineral for normal muscle and nerve function, which is why magnesium-rich baths have become such a beautiful part of relaxation rituals.

This is why we created VishwaCARE’s Lavender+ Soothing Bath Salts — Epsom salt thoughtfully blended with lavender and soothing herbs for tired feet, relaxation, grounding and your evening reset.

Add it to comfortably warm water.
Soak for 10–15 minutes.
Put the phone away.
Breathe.

Soak. Soothe. Ground. Let go.

Because sometimes, before the mind can let go of the day, the body needs permission to slow down 🤍

Want to make this your evening ritual? 🪻

“Why am I like this?”

Have you ever asked yourself that after overthinking, reacting in anger, or feeling like you have no energy?

I recently came across the idea of giving anxiety a name.

I loved it.

So I took it one step further…

I named three of my emotional patterns.

☁️ Puffy – worries and overthinks.

🔥 Sparky – gets frustrated and reacts.

🧸 Fuzzy – feels heavy and unmotivated.

Something changed.

Instead of saying,
“I’m anxious,”

I now smile and say,

“Puffy is visiting today.”

That small shift reminded me that my emotions are not my identity.

They’re messengers, not monsters.

✨ Interestingly, Ayurveda has described similar emotional tendencies for thousands of years through the lens of the three life energies—the Doshas.

☁️ Puffy → Aggravated Vata (Air + Space)

🔥 Sparky → Aggravated Pitta (Fire)

🧸 Fuzzy → Aggravated Kapha (Earth + Water)

The goal isn’t to fight our emotions.

It’s to understand what they’re trying to tell us.

💚 Save this post for the next time Puffy, Sparky, or Fuzzy comes to visit.

👇 If you could give one of your emotions a name… what would it be?

Some blessings arrive as a journey… only to bring you back to yourself 🤍

For five beautiful days, I stepped away from the noise of everyday life.

📵 Digital detox
🤫 Maun Sadhana (12 hours of observing silence)
🤍 White attire throughout the retreat
🧘🏻‍♀️ Yoga, meditation, satsang, pranayama, somatic awareness & Pranic Dance
🦚 Waking up to the soothing calls of peacocks instead of notifications
🥣 Every meal enjoyed mindfully, in complete silence, before sunset
🌕 Celebrating Guru Purnima with Gurudev

The most beautiful part? Sharing this journey with my mom and my sister.

As a family, we chose to honour my father’s memory by walking this sacred path together.

One realization stayed with me…

Healing doesn’t always have to be a lonely journey. Sometimes, the greatest blessing is having your family walk beside you.

This experience reminded me how beautifully Ayurveda and modern neuroscience complement each other.

✨ Reducing sensory overload brings greater clarity, calm, and balance.

✨ Even one day of silence, meditation, mindful eating, and a digital detox can help regulate the nervous system and reconnect us with ourselves.

I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to experience these timeless practices inspired by the timeless teachings of Bhagwan Mahavir, and lovingly carried forward through the guidance of Pujya Gurudev Krupalu Dev and Guruji Rakesh Bappa. 🙏🤍

In a world that constantly asks us to do more…

Perhaps true wellness is learning how to simply be.

A quieter mind.
A grateful heart.
And the people you love, walking beside you. 🤍

Would you gift yourself even one day to disconnect from the noise and reconnect with yourself?

People often see the doctor you become, but very few get to witness the journey that shaped you into one.

This Guru Purnima, I want to share a small part of mine. 🙏🌸

My journey truly began when my first-year BAMS teacher, Dr. Saroj Patil Ma’am at the College of Ayurved & Research Centre (CARC), Pune, saw a spark in me that I hadn’t yet discovered myself. She encouraged me to learn under Vaidya Dr. Sameer Jamadagni Sir—a decision that changed my life.

From my second year until the end of my internship, I had the privilege of learning under Sir’s Gurukul-style training. Not everyone was given that opportunity, and I will always remain grateful that Sir trusted me with it.

My days began before sunrise, followed by college, an hour’s journey to Sir’s clinic, late-night lectures, and returning to the hostel close to midnight. Yet, I never felt tired—only grateful.

There, we didn’t just learn Ayurveda—we learned what it truly means to be a doctor.

📞 Receiving patient calls.
📝 Taking detailed case histories.
🌿 Preparing customised medicines.
💆 Performing Panchakarma.
👨‍⚕️ Observing consultations.
📖 Learning from the Samhitas.
✍️ Writing prescriptions with precision.

Beyond Ayurveda, Sir taught us how to think, serve, and become good human beings.

Receiving the name VishwaCARE through Maharaj Ji’s blessings under Sir’s guidance remains one of the greatest blessings of my life. It is far more than my clinic’s name—it is Guru’s blessing.

Even today, whenever we face a challenging case, Sir is just a phone call away. That is the true meaning of a Guru.

To all my Gurus—thank you for believing in me and shaping the doctor I am today.

To every BAMS student—start learning in a clinic from your very first year. Some of the greatest lessons are never found in textbooks.

If today my patients place their trust in me, it is because my Gurus first placed their trust in me.

Happy Guru Purnima. Forever grateful. 🙏✨

For years, I thought spirituality meant searching for God.

Then I realized…

Krishna was never waiting at the end of the journey.
He was the One walking every step of it with me.

Not as a distant deity.
Not as a miracle waiting to happen.
But as the quiet wisdom within,
the courage that rises when life breaks you,
the faith that whispers “keep going” when the road disappears.

The hand of Krishna is not always something you see.
Sometimes it is the strength that carries you when you can no longer carry yourself.

And Dharma is not a destination.
It is what happens when you trust that inner Krishna more than your fears.

The day you stop searching for Him outside and start recognizing Him within,
life changes.

You no longer walk alone.
You no longer feel lost.
You no longer need every answer.

You simply take the next step…

and He takes a thousand with you 💙🦚✨
