Our unique approach at HolisTree helps us take a journey with the teenager that begins from understanding and making sense of their internal world; their personalities, their idiosyncrasies, their values and their emotions to their ever-changing external world influenced by social media, movies, information technology, friends and various other factors that are constantly shaping their identity as a person. Making a career choice is more than just choosing a field from Arts, Commerce and Science, it is about personal introspection, planning, ex*****on and dealing with expected and unexpected challenges that they will be meeting on their career journey. HolisTree is a Teen-Parent Support System where we focus on understanding, designing, planning and executing a child’s career taking into consideration all the realistic challenges during the their journey like communication, fears, understanding relationship dynamics and peer pressure. We use technology (mobile app) for individual data management over a period time assisting us in achieving our final goal. We are a faction of young enthusiasts, psychologists and facilitators that are neither their teachers nor their friends but we focus on creating a genuine environment where they can share their authentic selves with ease and fearlessness. We funnel their potential towards researched, realistic and rewarding experiences and choices that help them in discovering a Career - based on their true nature, potential, social structure & finances. After all choosing a career is not an end but it’s just the Beginning.
