A detailed assesment will be done for 45min to understand the nature,intensity,area and type of pain and then exercises will be given according to the directional preference of the patient. Treatment will be acc

ording to the international standars which include few number of sessions unlike conventional physiotherapy. The crux of the treatment is to make the person control the pain themselves and not let the pain control them.
