We’ve been told so many things about food that sometimes it’s hard to tell what’s actually true anymore 😅
Carbs make you fat.
Don’t eat after 7.
Detox your body.
Choose fat-free.
Skip a meal to lose weight.
Take supplements to stay healthy.
But nutrition isn’t supposed to be a list of “don’ts.”
And healthy eating definitely isn’t about being afraid of certain foods. 🤍
The truth is, your body doesn’t need extreme rules, it needs consistency, nourishment and balance.
It’s not about cutting out carbs.
It’s not about finding the “perfect” time to eat.
It’s not about surviving on salads or detox teas.
And it’s definitely not about labelling every food as good or bad.
It’s about understanding what you eat, how much you eat, how often you eat it, and how it fits into your overall lifestyle.
Because one food doesn’t make you healthy.
And one food doesn’t make you unhealthy either.
Less fear. More understanding.
Less restriction. More balance.
Less chasing quick fixes. More consistency. 🌿
