HOW CAN YOU DIAGNOSE AND TREAT THROUGH THE TRADITIONAL MEDICAL ACUPUNCTURE AND SCIENTIFIC HIJAMAH CUPPING THERAPY

DIABETES MELLITUS IS A CONDITOIN CHARACTERISED BY ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.

1) Polydispia : more thirst , more drinking.
2) Polyuria : frequent urination & more volume of urination.
3) Polyphagia : eating too much.

CAUSE OF DIABETES
Diabetes results from a number of causes
1) Internal weakness
2) Improper diet
3) Emotional problems
4) Physical overindulgence
5) Sexual overindulgence

1) INTERNAL WEAKNESS :
weak constitution with yin deficiency causes diabetes.

2) IMPROPER DIET.
Long term excessive consumption of fatty & spicy foods or alcohal injuries and causes heat in spleen and stomach which in turn causes diabetes.

3) EMOTIONAL PROBLEMS.
Long term emotional over stimulation causes stagnation of Qi. Stagnational of Qi transforms into fire. Blazing fire scorches lungs & stomach and consumes yin fluids like. This leads to diabetes.

4) PHYSICAL OVER INDULGENCE.
Excessive physical over indulgence leads to empty heat in kidney.This leads to diabetes.

MAIN SYMPTOMS OF DIABETES MELLITUS.
in diabetes there are three excess and one deficit in the following conditions :

A) POLYURIA:
An increase in the frequency of urination.
An increase in the volume of urine.
More frequent urination during the night.

B) POLYDISPIA:
Drinking of large amount of fluids due to thirst.

C) POLYPHAGIA:
Eating extraordinary amount of food due to excess hunger.

TYPES OF DIABETES MELLITUS.
There are three types of diabetes mellitus
1) Upper diabetes mellitus.
2) Middle diabetes mellitus.
3) Lower diabetes mellitus.

1) Upper diabetes mellitus
Causes of diabetes : dryness & heat injuries the lungs and causes diabetes . Upper warmer affected in this types of diabetes.Heat in chest goes up & attack throat , tongue , nose , and causes upper type of diabetes.

MAIN SYMPTOMS
Polydispia : more thirst , more drinking
Dry mouth
Dry tongue
Polyuria
Thin & yellow tongue coating
Rapid pulse.
TREATMENT PRINCIPLES
1) Refrigerate heat
2) Moisten the lungs
3) Generate fluids to stop thirst
