LifeFirst

LifeFirst LifeFirst has been created to catalyse, build capacity & establish a high quality, proven to***co tr The U.S.

LifeFirst is built upon an international research base, as well as standards and protocols from the Mayo Clinic (USA), Ottawa Model (Canada) and the National Health Service (UK). These have then been adapted to Indian sensibilities and environments. Public Health Service guideline ‘Treating To***co Use and Dependence: 2008 Clinical Practice Guidelines’ and Massachusetts General Hospital’s To***co

Treatment Service have provided a platform upon which LifeFirst’s protocols have been built. In order to achieve lasting results, comprehensive counselling, pharmacotherapy and follow-up services are provided by To***co Treatment Specialists (TTS), trained at the Mayo Clinic Ni****ne Dependence Centre (USA). LifeFirst delivers to***co treatment services in a variety of contexts such as hospitals, primary healthcare centres, government health programmes, workplaces, community settings and schools. It even goes a step beyond to provide technical support to organisations that wish to set up to***co treatment services themselves. LifeFirst provides hands-on support to these organisations, providing them with assistance in planning, implementation and preliminary monitoring of the service. It also provides guidance with regard to the implementation of to***co-free policies, while also developing Information Education and Communication (IEC) materials for both, providers and patients/clients.

A slip is a one-time mistake that’s quickly corrected while a relapse is going back to using to***co. You can either use the lapse as an excuse to go back, or you can examine what went wrong and reaffirm your resolve to quit smoking and/or using smokeless to***co for good.

Even if you relapse, don't give up. Very few people are able to quit for good on the first try. In fact, most people require numerous attempts. What matters is determining what assisted you in quitting and what worked against you. You can use this knowledge to make a more successful quit attempt the following time.

Chewing to***co like Betel quid with to***co, Khaini, Gutkha, Mawa, Zarda, Naswar and may other such products delivers a constant dose of ni****ne into the blood stream.

The stomach makes acidic juices that help you digest food. If these juices flow backward into your esophagus, or food pipe, they can cause heartburn. They can also cause a condition called gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). The esophagus is protected from these acids by the esophageal sphincter. This is a muscular valve that keeps fluids in your stomach. But smoking weakens the sphincter. Smoking also allows stomach acid to flow backward into the esophagus.

Quit Chewing to***co today. For counselling and support call us on 1800-266-6431

Ni****ne is a highly addictive substance that is found in all to***co products, including ci******es, pipes, ci**rs, chewing to***co, and snuff. E-ci******es and vapes contain ni****ne as well.

Ni****ne is a dangerous chemical. It can cause an increase in blood pressure, heart rate, the flow of blood to the heart, and a narrowing of the arteries (vessels that carry blood). Ni****ne may also contribute to the hardening of the arterial walls, which in turn, may lead to a heart attack.

The best way to remove ni****ne from your body is to stop using to***co products altogether. For professional support to quit to***co call us on 1800-266-6431
