Schizophrenia affects millions yet remains one of the most misunderstood mental health conditions in the world. Not because it's rare, but because stigma has always been louder than understanding.
This World Schizophrenia Awareness Day, we're changing that conversation.
Because beyond every label is a person who simply needs to be heard.

On the occasion of International Men’s Day I had an interactive session with CyberTech Senior and mid-level night-shift employees. Discussed the remedies regarding sleep issues, stress and anxiety. More such interactions with men should happen for better management of stress and anxiety.

Another interesting article on Bathroom camping 🚽 in today’s Mint with ’s inputs.

The piece explores how young people are using these quiet, private spaces to escape overstimulation, manage burnout, and regulate their nervous systems. This isn’t just a quirky fad; it’s a vital coping mechanism for a generation navigating a world of constant digital pings, open-plan offices, and social pressure.

As we bid farewell to Lord Ganesha, let us join in a collective prayer for the well-being of all:

“May the divine energy of Lord Ganesha bring peace, prosperity, and happiness to every home. May all beings be free from suffering and find inner strength to overcome challenges.”

The heavy rain and traffic have led to unsafe conditions, so our studio will be closed today. We know this pause in your routine can feel frustrating, but your well-being remains our priority.

We’ll reach out to reschedule—and if you’d like, we can shift your session online so your care continues without interruption.

Until then, be gentle with yourself. A few deep breaths, calming music, or simply sitting with your thoughts can help bring balance.

Thank you for your understanding. 💙

While conversations about body image have long centered around women—and rightly so—there’s another story that often goes unheard.

In recent years, more and more men have begun grappling with the quiet pressure to look a certain way. Eating disorders. Compulsive workouts. A constant chase for “bigger,” “leaner,” “more.”

This experience has a name: Muscle Dysmorphia—and it’s real, it’s rising, and it deserves space.

You’re not alone in this. Healing begins with honesty—and sometimes, a single conversation.

Our door is open. 💬 Reach out when you’re ready.

Vincent Van Gogh once said , “ The Heart of man is very much like the sea; and has its storms, it has its tides, and in its depths, it has its pearls too. “

Societal gender roles can dictate that express emotion, they are not “real men” . These societal expectations around masculinity often discourage men from showing emotions or seeking help. fear of vulnerability, toxic masculinity stereotypes, and a lack of representation of men discussing mental health all contribute to the stigma.

It’s time we unlearn the stigma and redefine masculinity.

Pride isn’t just about celebration — it’s about visibility, resilience, and the right to exist fully and safely.

For many in the LGBTQ+ community, mental health is deeply intertwined with identity. Discrimination, rejection, and stigma aren’t just social issues — they’re mental health issues too.

This Pride Month, we stand for more than rainbows.
We stand for safe spaces, accessible care, and the freedom to be exactly who you are — without apology.

You are valid. You are worthy. You are not alone.
