A sound bath is not created through force.
One of the first things I teach my students is how to hold and work with the mallets. The bowl is not struck to produce sound; it is invited to sing.
The strike is merely a touch. The mallet is handled with softness, awareness, and respect for the instrument. Every movement matters. Every contact carries intention.
The quality of sound that emerges is deeply influenced by the quality of presence behind it.
In sound work, gentleness is not weakness - it is mastery.
Because healing vibrations are born not from force, but from sensitivity.
