Women’s health is often reduced to one explanation:
“It’s your hormones.”
“It’s stress.”
“You just need more discipline.”
“You need to lose weight.”
But real life, and real physiology, are rarely that simple.
Stress can change appetite and sleep.
Hormonal shifts can influence hunger, energy and metabolic health.
Parenting and caregiving can completely reshape routines, meal patterns, movement and recovery.
And obesity itself is influenced by biology, environment, medications, sleep, mental health and much more.
So before blaming a woman for “not trying hard enough,” look at the whole picture.
And before believing a reel that promises to “balance hormones,” “lower cortisol” or “fix metabolism” with one food, supplement or detox, pause and question the claim.
Women deserve care that is personalised, compassionate and based on evidence, not fear, blame or quick fixes.
Qualifications matter.
Evidence matters.
Your health matters.
