You can have your cake and eat it too.

When eaten in balance, the body handles them well.

But oversized portions increase digestive demand and post-meal blood flow, making the heart work harder than necessary.

That’s when heaviness, acidity, bloating, and fatigue begin to show up.

An occasional 10–15% calorie excess is usually manageable.
But daily overeating by 200–300 calories can contribute to weight gain, insulin resistance, and increased cardiac risk over time.

Portion control is not restriction.
It’s about reducing unnecessary stress on your heart.

True or False?🤔
Let’s check the facts your heart needs 👇

1️⃣ “If cholesterol is normal, your heart is safe.” - False
Nearly 50% of people who suffer heart attacks have normal cholesterol levels. Heart risk depends on multiple factors like blood pressure, blood sugar, inflammation, lifestyle, and family history.

2️⃣ “Chest pain is the only sign of a heart attack.” - False
Many heart attacks occur without classic chest pain, especially in women and people with diabetes. Breathlessness, unusual fatigue, jaw pain, nausea, or sweating can also be warning signs.

3️⃣ “Heart disease is always genetic.” - False
Genetics contribute to only about 20–30% of heart disease risk. Lifestyle factors such as diet, physical activity, stress, sleep, and smoking play a much larger role.

4️⃣ “Exercise cancels out an unhealthy diet.” - False
Exercise is essential, but it cannot fully offset the damage caused by poor nutrition. Diet and physical activity work together but one cannot replace the other.

The truth ✅
Heart health isn’t black or white.
Early screening, balanced nutrition, stress management, and regular check-ups save lives. ❤️

2 weeks without sugar!!

Feeling lighter, less bloated and more comfortable isn’t magic.

It’s often the result of reducing excess sugar that disrupts digestion and metabolism.
