At Amrit Laser Clinic, in an innovative way, almost 100% elimination of tattoos is achieved. Tattoo removal is done with a Q Switch Nd-Yag Laser. This laser acts by its photoacoustic mechanism.

Most lasers are light converted to heat with which that part is warmed/heated/burned to achieve the desired result. Unlike this in Q switch Laser, light is delivered in nanoseconds at high velocity. The high speed of light impacts the tattoo pigment to disintegrate pigment particles into multiple micro fragments. These micro fragments are then cleared by the macrophages – the sweeper cells of the body. This is how the tattoo is eliminated. However, the impact results in grey shadow design described as ghost shadow.

Most clinics are not able to clear this ghost shadow. Due to the required knowledge and technology we are able to clear the ghost shadow. Hence almost 100% removal of the tattoo.
