Your thyroid may be a small organ , but it influences almost every cell in your body.

From energy levels and metabolism to mood, body temperature, hair health, and hormone balance, your thyroid relies on specific nutrients to function optimally.

While medication is essential when prescribed, nutrition provides the building blocks your thyroid needs to produce and activate thyroid hormones effectively.

The good news? Many of these nutrients can be obtained through simple dietary choices.

💬 Which nutrient do you think you’re most likely missing?
Or have you ever been diagnosed with a deficiency? Let me know in the comments below.

Your heart attack rarely starts in the emergency room.
It starts in the small daily habits you keep ignoring.

The skipped sleep.
The stress you never process.
The sugar you think “doesn’t matter.”
The sitting. The smoking. The unchecked BP.

Heart disease is often built quietly — for years — before symptoms ever show up.

The good news?
Your body also starts healing with small daily choices. ❤️

Start with:
• Walking daily
• Sleeping better
• Managing stress
• Eating real food
• Monitoring your sugar & blood pressure
• Taking your health seriously before your body forces you to

Prevention is always easier than recovery.

The WHO has now declared the active Ebola outbreak a Public Health Emergency of International Concern.

A few important facts:
• Ebola does NOT spread through air like COVID or flu
• People are NOT contagious before symptoms begin
• Symptoms can appear 2–21 days after exposure
• Early medical care improves outcomes

Save and send this to your family group before fake forwards reach them first. 📌

Im going to make this personal -

As a teenager I was diagnosed with PCOS. I remember feeling like I was constantly fighting my own body.

I had terrible acne.

I also had ‘cysts’ in my ovaries. -which fyi -I reversed not just for myself but for countless other girls with years after becoming a doctor.
The important thing is- like so many girls, I was simply given hormones and told this was “normal.” It will pass. It didn’t.

But nobody was asking WHY.

Nobody spoke to me about insulin resistance.
Or inflammation.
Or nutrition.
Or metabolic health.
Or the root cause driving the symptoms in the first place.

For years, PCOS was treated like it was only an ovarian or reproductive problem.
But those of us living through it knew it affected SO much more.

And NOW-finally!!-

PCOS is renamed PMOS — because this condition is not just about ovaries. It’s deeply connected to metabolism, insulin resistance, inflammation and whole-body health.

Long before this conversation became mainstream, I chose to practice medicine differently. Maybe bcoz it hit personally.

For over a decade now, I’ve focused on root-cause medicine — looking beyond symptoms to understand what is actually driving disease.
Not just in PCOS, but across obesity, fatty liver, diabetes, inflammation and metabolic dysfunction.

And honestly?
I’m glad the mainstream medical world is finally !! waking up to what so many patients have been experiencing all along.

Because women deserve more than symptom suppression.
They deserve answers.

Pl Send this to someone struggling with PCOS who needs to hear that their symptoms are real — and that healing should go deeper than a prescription. ❤️

You’re sleeping enough…
Eating “healthy”…
Trying to work out…

And yet you still feel-
⚠️ Tired
⚠️ Moody
⚠️ Bloated
⚠️ Weak
⚠️ Anxious
⚠️ And are Constantly falling sick

Sometimes, it’s not “just stress.”
It could be low your Vitamin D levels. ☀️

Low Vitamin D doesn’t only affect bones — it can impact your immunity, hormones, mood, muscle strength, sleep, insulin resistance and more.

And the scary part?

Many people are deficient without even knowing it.

Have you checked your Vitamin D levels recently? 👇

💬 Comment D if you have any of the above symptoms but don’t know your Vit d levels.
📤 Share this with someone who’s always tired, moody and anxious 😥
