A young pt came with chief complaint of pain with upper right tooth.o/e rct treated 14.short obturation ,ledges no coronal seal and periapical lesion noted.re rct advised and done for the same.after gp removal there was hard stop in both canals.ledges removed and canals negotiated till apex.calcium hydroxide dressing given for a week and then obturated .final preps f1.protaper gold files used here.fibre post and core was done as final restoration.

Posting a case of lower left third molar,patient had severe pain and limited mouth opening.rvg showed extremely curved roots.patient was keen to save the tooth so root canal treatment was suggested for the same.final prep 25/4% in all canals

A young female patient came with chief complaint of pain with lower left 7.o/e deep occlusal caries with it.advised rct. Severe curvatures noticed in pre op xray.all 90 degree curves in mesial and distal system.deep pulp chamber noticed comparatively.after locating canals started preparing glide path .lots of hand files were bent in first shot n discarded .finally after half hour glide path with 8 k file achieved.all new set of rotary files were used.bmp done with combination of protaper gold and hero gold files.final preparation 25 4 % in all canals.all brand new rotary files unwinded in each canal.i had to use new rotary file per canal.irrigation done with 3% sodium hypochlorite and final rinse with edta 17 %.critics and comments welcome.regards.

Case of molarisation of premolar.
A 23 yrs male pt came with chief complaint of pain with upper rt 4.o/e deep caries suggestive of irreversible pulpitis.advised rct for the same.on taking xray ,3 canals were suspected.all 3 canals were cleaned and shaped till 25 4%.protaper gold and hero gold used for preparing canals.buccal canals were very curved in multiple planes and very thin and sclerosed.3% sodium hypochlorite used for irrigation.obturation done with clc technique.

A 23 yrs male patient came with chief complaint of fractured upper front anterior tooth.patient wanted the tooth to look exactly same and should work for long term without fracture or staining. o/e tooth was tender to percussion.iopa revealed periapical radiolucency.root canal treatment was done for the same .composite was suggested to patient but he was skeptical so second option was given metal free emax crown.patient chose second option.one of the most difficult thing is to match a single central incisior.all done and dusted ,patient was happy with the final result.

A young female pt came with chief complaint of pain with upper right 5.o/e deep proximal caries with 15.
Diagnosis:reversible pulpitis with 15
Treatment plan :rct with 15
It showed abnormal pattern in pre op xray.suspecting probably 3 canals.finally found 3 canals.glide path till 15k hand files.buccal canals prepared till 25 4%. Palatal canal prepared till f1.3%hypo was used for irrigation followed by aqueous edta.
During obturation realised that mb and db are merging in apical one third.distal canal shows s shaped curvature towards apex.
Obturation done using clc and temporised.pt was called nxt day for final restoration.critics and comments are welcome.regards.
