A healthy and well nourished childhood is a happy childhood. Holistic health includes not only physical but also emotional and mental health. Our goal for healthy childhood must encompass all of these. The maximum support children and teenagers need is emotional support. Let us keep that in mind and let our children celebrate every day as a happy children's day...!!!
