Slowly close your eyes. Imagine you are sitting there and watching the sea in front of you.

Do you hear the sound of waves, the breeze?

Do feel the salty air?

What else do you feel when you realize that you are alone here. Just you and this serene space.

Feel it deeply within you.

And then a moment will come where you will not feel your body. You will be the energy that you are. Allow whatever feelings come to you. Do not analyze them. Just be an observer, a neutral perspective will help you merge with itl

You have the power to change your story.

What you believed a minute ago, you may no believe now. What you thought was truth, may no longer be the truth that you believe in.

You can change your story any time you decide to change. You can change and become confident. You can change and learn to say NO, you can create the boundaries to protect your peace and happiness.

You can change the job, your career even the surroundings. You can change your relationships, you can change your friendships etc.

You no longer have to feel guilty. You are not answerable to anyone except yourself. You have to believe in yourself.

To create the life you desire and deserve, from this moment start telling yourself a different story. Start telling yourself, that you can do it. You are capable, powerful and confident. You can take your own time and you don’t have to seek approval from anyone for anything.

WHAT IS YOUR NEW STORY GOING TO BE. IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE YOU CAN SHARE IT WITH ME.

I remember, when my son was small child. One day at dinner, he asked for a 2nd serving. I served him the food.
But then he quickly realized he didn’t actually want it.

With a full plate in front of him, he just said: “I am full.”

In my mind I had racing thoughts OMG so much food will go waste. He has to eat this. But then I paused and I realized something.

He was able to listen to his body and know when he was full and most importantly he was able to express it without fear. Even though earlier he said he wanted more, because he loved the food I made. But he was comfortable communicating with me that now he doesn’t want more.

If I forced him to eat all the food on his plate so it wouldn’t go waste, what I would be teaching him?

I would be teaching him to make his body feel uncomfortable in order to please me.

And that’s the last thing I would want.

I wanted to raise him to trust his inner voice, his instinct that tells him when enough is enough.

So I just said: “It’s ok. Just leave the food on the plate.” He moved on but I couldn’t that day.

I recalled this incident few days ago when I did something uncomfortable so that the other person wouldn’t be unhappy.

Now I wonder, what age I lost in tiny moments? And when did I lose everything at once? Reflecting on this I realized the way he can express himself without any fear or guilt to me, why I couldn’t to my own parents? I want to get back that feeling of being able to express myself without making myself uncomfortable. I want to trust my inner voice and express myself without considering other people’s comfort and happiness. I want to put myself first now.

Can you express yourself honestly without any fear or guilt?
Are you comfortable saying NO to something that you don’t want to do?
Can you leave the plate full when you know you have had enough?

If not, when did you loose your voice? When did you learn to do everything so that others don’t get angry or when did you keep eating more even when you were full, just to make others comfortable? (I am not talking about food here.)

Be addicted to keep changing parts of you and make them stronger. Be addicted to becoming more confident in yourself. Be addicted to create a fit and healthy body. Be addicted to create happiness just for yourself, no matter how big or small that happiness is.

Be addicted to yourself so much that what others are doing, saying and living doesn't matter to you at all.

Be addicted to create a version of you that inspires and motivates others to create that version for themselves too.

This day is almost over, and its toiling time is through;

Did you give a cheerful greeting to the friend who came along?
Or a churlish sort of "Howdy" and then vanish in the throng?

Were you selfish pure and simple as you rushed along the way, Or is someone mighty grateful for a deed you did today?

Can you say tonight, in parting with the day that's slipping fast, That you helped a single brother of the many that you passed?

Is a single heart rejoicing over what you did or said;
Does a man whose hopes were fading now with courage look ahead?

Did you waste the day, or lose it, was it well or sorely spent?
