Dear members of our TKC family,
It’s with unbound sadness , we share that one of our co-founders at TKC ( The Kids Clinic) , Timir Solanki has passed away, at Baroda, on 30th of June 2020. He was being treated for Corona and he saw his last at sterling hospital.
We at TKC will always remember him as a family, a brother, who took all the trust, risks to build our company. Its started way back in 2013-14 , when he laid the foundation stone of our first clinic in Dombivali, thane. It was his faith in the idea then, that gave a structural and symbolic form of what young parents want from their pediatric services. Be it the design , the technology , the team , the wonderful doctors who joined in a startup, all the efforts , resilience , strength showed in its formation.
Over the years, Timir helped us expand our wings into different markets, different models, and most importantly a solid, robust team. Be it doctors , staff, even parents , they all loved him and still remember him with fondness. When the message of his untimely demise was shared, each an every person connected to him where in a state of shock and sadness. Such was his aura. Such is the love and respect for him.
He continued with his great work for the launch special child services and pediatric dental services at TKC, it was a “ first ever” that we saw an amalgamation of Pediatric O.P.D , Special child services and then Pediatric dental services under one roof, bringing convenience to the parents and doctors at large.
For us at TKC , Parent is the child , and Timir was a true ambassador to this small yet powerful missive. He used to interact with the mothers, the fathers , share their concerns and even celebrate with them. Events such as Parents day, birthdays, important sessions on prevention in schools and preschools , CSR activities during Diwali and Christmas , all was seamlessly and naturally executed year on year by him.
It was never going to be easy for a Baroda boy, to leave his family there and work and construct a dream of this size ,in a behemoth city like Mumbai , but Timir's astuteness , belief and inner strength build our company, build our dreams and somewhere in the entire process , gave belief , happiness and strength to all concerned,again and again.
As we pray for his successful transition to the heavenly abode, for our friend, colleague, brother , we pay our homage to our founding member. Our creator. TKC is and will always be “ Timir’s Kids Clinic”.
