Pulmonary rehabilitation isn’t just about huffing and puffing — it’s fun, rhythmic, and oh so enjoyable!
Today we had a small party
dedicated to our PR patients.

Through fun breath-based games, laughter, and a beautiful medley of timeless Bollywood classics the room came alive with melody and rhythm.
For a while, there were no coughs, no dyspnea — only music, smiles, and togetherness. Inhibitions melted away as everyone sang, laughed, and participated wholeheartedly.

Our champions officially earned their place in the Strong Lungs Club and took home the coveted “Breath Boss” mug— well deserved!

Moments like these remind us that rehabilitation is not just about exercises, but also about confidence, community, and rediscovering joy in every breath.

Our Heart-Healthy Potluck was a wonderful celebration of mindful eating and togetherness!
Everyone participated wholeheartedly, and it was especially heartening to see our 1st year BPT students join in with their own heart-healthy lunch dabbas.
The event truly reinforced the importance of healthy eating — and filled our hearts with love, laughter, and happiness.
