PSORIASIS
My son has been suffering with severe psoriasis since the age of 3, and his skin condition worsened over the years. His skin become dark and started scaling, flaking, and crack.

He was under continuous medication since his childhood, and did not get much relief out of it. Itching and scaling of the skin increased as his age progressed. His friends in school and our neighborhood stayed away due to the scaling and flaking of his rough skin. We were trying all kinds of medicines on him but his skin remained blackish and itchy all these years.

In 2016 we were introduced to Dr. Sheeba by some friends in Mumbai, and my son underwent Panchkarma treatments in her hospital for 24 days.

After the treatment the scaling and flaking of his skin had stopped completely and to a good extent the itching reduced. He got discharged with medicines to continue.

We saw his skin condition improve tremendously by almost 90%, around seven months after the treatment. Then, in 2017 he did a follow up treatment for 10 days as advised by the doctor.

All his medicinal intake and oil applications stopped as of February 2018. Today he is leading a very happy life, pursuing his graduation, and confidently indulging in a lot of campus activities.

His recovery is a welcome change for the entire family and friends. We are very thankful to Dr. Sheeba for bringing such a positive change to our family.

AVN (AVASCULAR NECROSIS)

I've history of mild psoriasis, which lead to psoriatic arthritis affecting multiple joints. One of the worst affected joint was left hip. It was so bad that I've had severe difficulty in walking, tuning in the bed, dressing up etc. I had my MRI report of left hip in Apr 2018, which show avascular necrosis (AVN). On my consultation with orthopedic surgen, I was advised total hip replacement (THR) as the solution!

I knew Dr Sheeba since my earlier consultation on psoriatic arthritis. This time too I decided to go with authentic Ayurvedic treatment with her at Ashwini Ayurvedic Hospital. My treatment was done in June 2018. It consists of over two weeks of stay at hospital covering different Ayurvedic treatments under her guidance. Subsequently I had to continue Ayurvedic medicines at home with recommended diet. It took couple of months to see early sign of recovery, but it started slowly and continued steady.

As I write this in Aug 2019, it's been over a year now, my hip condition is significantly better than what it was a year back. I can do required walk, at time up to 10km in a day, without any discomfort. Other joints affected by psoriatic arthritis are alright.

I'm still continuing Ayurvedic medicines and doing another two weeks of follow-up Ayurvedic treatment with Dr Sheeba to achieve final bit of recovery of a joint. I need to work on flexibility and strenghting of affected joints in coming months, but that's only possible now as root cause of the issue is addressed effectively.

My sincere thanks to Dr Sheeba for leading me to normal life once again.

PCOD

I have been suffering from PCOD for the last three years and tried Allopathy treatment for one year which did not give any improvement.
My monthly periods stopped during this period and i started gaining weight. I strictly followed the diet prescribed by a famous dietician in Mumbai all these years. However nothing worked for the PCOD problem.

The next two years I was on Ayurvedic medicines without any break but I did not have natural menstruation. I continued taking Allopathic medicines to induce the periods every month. I was totally frustrated about my conditions.

I was referred to Dr. Sheeba by a family friend in 2018. Doctor admitted me for 17 day's Panchkarma treatments and medication. I got my natural periods within 3 weeks after the treatments.

Now, for the last nine months I am getting my regular periods. I am in a better shape and quality of my life has improved many fold.

I am greatful to Dr. Sheeba resolving my sufferings.

I am also thankful to the staff at Ashwini Ayurvedic hospital for taking good care of me during my stay at the hospital.
