Why is my chemotherapy every week while someone else gets it every three weeks? šŸ¤”

Chemotherapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Different drugs work in different ways, and your treatment schedule is carefully tailored based on your cancer type, the medicine used, your body’s recovery, and your treatment goals.

The right timing is just as important as the right medication—because personalized care gives you the best balance of effectiveness and safety.

🚨 Let’s talk about the cancer we can actually PREVENT. 🚨

Jab baat colon cancer screening ki aati hai, toh log aksar sharam ya darr ki wajah se piche hat jaate hain. But as a medical community, hum baar-baar kehte hain: Screening saves lives!

Colon cancer achanak nahi hota. Yeh chhote non-cancerous growths (polyps) se shuru hota hai, jinhein cancer banne mein saalon lagte hain.

Screening se hum inhein pehle hi detect karke remove kar sakte hain.

šŸ“‹ Screening Rules: Kaun, Kab aur Kaise?

1ļøāƒ£ Age 45 and Above: Agar aap average risk par hain (koi symptoms ya family history nahi hai), toh 45 ki age se screening mandatory hai.

2ļøāƒ£ Screening Options:
Stool Tests: Har saal (Simple, non-invasive, ghar baithe test).
Colonoscopy: Har 10 saal mein ek baar (The Gold Standard—isne laakhon logon ki jaan bachayi hai).

3ļøāƒ£ High Risk Alert: Agar family history hai ya bowel habits mein change (constipation/diarrhea), unexplained weight loss, ya stool mein blood jaisi dikkat hai, toh age mat dekho, doctor se turant consult karo.

Darr ko chhodiye, aur health ko priority dijiye. Apne ghar ke badon ko aur doston ko check-up ke liye encourage karein! šŸ‘‡

One of the biggest misconceptions I see is that persistent bloating is "just a digestive problem."

While many women experience harmless ovarian cysts that resolve naturally, ovarian cancer can also begin with symptoms that appear surprisingly common.
The important difference is not always what you feel—it is how long you feel it.

If bloating, pelvic discomfort, feeling full quickly, or urinary changes continue for several weeks instead of improving, don't ignore them.

Most women will not have ovarian cancer, but persistent symptoms always deserve medical evaluation.
Awareness is not about creating fear—it is about knowing when your body is asking for attention.

Save this post and share it with the women you care about.

🚨 The Gen-Z & Millennial Health Alert No One is Talking About Enough. 🚨

Colorectal cancer cases are rising at an alarming rate in adults under 50. While genetics can play a role, more than half of these cases are linked to modifiable lifestyle factors.

Here is your checklist to protect your colon health:
1ļøāƒ£ Boost Your Fiber: Aim for 25 grams of fiber daily (whole grains, green vegetables, lentils).

2ļøāƒ£ Limit Ultra-Processed Foods: Cut back on sugary drinks and heavily packaged foods that disrupt gut bacteria.

3ļøāƒ£ Keep Moving: Avoid prolonged sitting. Even a 30-minute daily walk makes a massive difference.

4ļøāƒ£ Never Ignore the Signs: Chronic bowel habit changes, persistent cramping, unexplained weight loss, or blood in stool require medical evaluation—no matter how young you are.

Standard screening typically starts at age 45, but awareness starts now. Share this to spread the word! šŸ‘‡

Cancer doesn’t only affect the body; it can also change dreams, plans, and the future people once imagined. For many young patients, grief begins long before loss.

As an oncologist, I believe healing means addressing not only the disease but also the emotional questions, fears, and hopes that come with it.

Compassionate care is about helping every patient find strength, purpose, and hope beyond cancer. šŸ’›

Cancer survivorship begins the moment of diagnosis not after treatment ends.

Every patient’s journey is unique, filled with physical, emotional, and practical challenges that deserve compassionate care at every step.

As an oncologist, I believe survivorship is about restoring hope, preserving dignity, and helping patients live their best lives during and beyond cancer.

No one should ever have to walk this journey alone. šŸ’›

Kya aapne Blood Cancer ke baare mein suna hai, lekin kya aap jaante hain ki yeh hamare sharir par kya asar daalta hai?

Is video mein maine Leukemia (Blood Cancer) ko bahut hi simple aur aasaan bhasha mein samjhaya hai. Main batati hoon ki yeh cancer blood aur bone marrow ko kaise prabhavit karta hai, jisse sharir mein abnormal white blood cells ki sankhya aniyantrit roop se badhne lagti hai.

Iske saath hi maine Acute Leukemia ke sambhavit kaaran, iske shuruaati lakshan jinhe nazarandaaz nahi karna chahiye, zaroori saavdhaniyan, aur modern medicine ke madhyam se iske upchar ke baare mein bhi vistaar se bataya hai.

Jaankari aur jagrukta hi early diagnosis aur behtar treatment ki pehli seedhi hai. Mujhe umeed hai ki yeh video aapko Leukemia ko samajhne mein madad karega aur zarurat padne par sahi samay par doctor se salaah lene ke liye prerit karega.

Swasth rahiye, jagruk rahiye, aur aisi hi mahatvapurn health jaankari ke liye jude rahiye. šŸ’™

Australia Cervical Cancer ko kaise khatam kar raha hai?

School-based HPV vaccination program shuru kiya gaya, jahan pehle girls aur baad mein boys ko bhi vaccine di gayi. Isse HPV virus ka transmission bahut hai tak kam ho gaya.

2ļøāƒ£ Advanced HPV Screening (2017 se)
Traditional Pap Smear ki jagah Primary HPV Test ko adopt kiya gaya, jo zyada accurate hai aur har 5 saal mein sirf ek baar karwana hota hai.

šŸ’„ Sabse badi baat?
2021 mein Australia mein 25 saal se kam umar ki ek bhi woman mein Cervical Cancer ka case report nahi hua.** Yeh public health ki ek historic achievement hai.

šŸ‡®šŸ‡³ India ke liye sabak?

Cervical Cancer un gine-chune cancers mein se ek hai jise HPV vaccination aur regular screening (Pap Smear/HPV Test)** ke zariye kaafi had tak prevent kiya ja sakta hai.

Prevention sirf ek option nahi, balki sabse powerful treatment hai.

Apni maa, behen, beti aur doston ke saath yeh information zaroor share karein. Ek simple vaccine aur regular screening kisi ki zindagi bacha sakti hai. ā¤ļø
