You start with speed, copying influencer health routines, expecting fast results. Within two days, exhaustion hits. Motivation fades. This cycle of burnout and inconsistency repeats every year.

This isn’t a willpower issue.
It’s a habit-building problem.

Real sustainable health habits come from repeatable daily actions, not extremes. True holistic health means understanding your hormones, stress levels, sleep cycle, digestion, and mental health, instead of punishing your body.
