Mental illness,quite often has been misquoted as madness, being crazy, being mad. However, mental illness is just like any other common diseases and this needs help and treatment. Menta

l illness has always been associated with shame and stigma in the society and we need to change that,as rightly quoted by renowned personality, Mr Bill Clinton,
"Mental illness,is nothing to be ashamed of." We,the younger generation need to change this. Society has changed, becoming more accepting but yet there are people who suffer silently cause they are scared of the stigma. Hence, we as a team at Evolve, lend out our best services to optimize the functioning of an individual, child or an adult and create an awareness for the same. Mental health matters. People matter. YOU matter. I can't fight my battle alone, and you don't have to either. Reach out! Be the CHANGE that you want to see in the world.

What is self actualization? It is the highest level or stage in model of human motivation. Self-actualization is a psychological concept regarding the process by which an individual reaches his or her full potential. It is the process of becoming "everything you're capable of becoming" Self-actualization occurs when a person is able to take full advantage of his or her talents while being mindful of his or her limitations. Self- actualized are very good perceivers of reality and truth and they are psychologically healthy people.

* Anxiety- Be Mindful, it is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

*Irritated- If you feel irritated you can look other ways to spend your time, by shifting your mind in doing things you love.

*Tired- Trying a digital detox always helps in relaxing.

*Uninspired- Sensory stimulation is the activation of one or more of the senses including taste, smell, vision, hearing, and touch. It can range from something as simple as a hand massage with scented lotion or listening to a playlist of favorite music to more complicated activities designed to provide a sensory experience.

*self doubt- journaling, a personal record of occurrences, experiences, and reflections kept on a regular basis; a diary.
