🌡️ Recurring Fevers Aren't Always Infections – Know the Red Flags!

Does your child experience repeated episodes of fever, but every test comes back negative for an infection? It could be more than just "another viral fever."

Some recurring fevers may be linked to auto-inflammatory conditions, where the body's immune system causes inflammation without an infection.

🚩 Watch out for these warning signs:
✔️ Recurrent fever episodes
✔️ Rash that appears with fever and fades afterward
✔️ Joint pain or swelling during fever

Most fevers in children are caused by common infections and improve with proper care. But persistent or recurrent fever, especially when associated with rashes, joint pain, red eyes, mouth ulcers, swollen lymph nodes, fatigue, or unexplained weight loss, may be a sign of an underlying autoimmune or autoinflammatory condition.
