2️⃣ Brain Dump: When your thoughts feel overwhelming, write them down on a piece of paper. Emptying your mind onto paper brings immediate relief.
3️⃣ Shift to Action: Ask yourself, “Is the solution to this problem in my control right now?” If the answer is no, give yourself permission to let it go.
