Walking in nature is to witness a thousand miracles.. often we are so busy in our lives to take personal time to do this..
Walking in nature is so enriching as your aura gets mingled with nature and that' s why you feel energised when you come back...

When was your forest bath or nature walk last ?
Take time to ponder what is truly important in your life and live in alignment to that...

Joy and peace and all 💕 love

During Osho Mahamudra meditation
Mahamudra is becoming one with the cosmos..

Song of Mahamudra from Tilopa to Naropa on the banks of Ganges..

A portion of it..

Mahamudra is beyond all words and symbols,
But for you, Naropa, earnest and loyal, must this be said.

The Void needs no reliance; Mahamudra rests on naught.

Without making an effort, but remaining natural,
One can break the yoke thus gaining liberation.

If one looks for naught when staring into space;
If with the mind one then observes the mind;
One destroys distinctions and reaches Buddhahood.
