Lower back pain — har dusre insaan ko hota hai,
lekin reason har kisi ka alag hota hai.

Aaj samjhte hain — lower back pain ke common causes kya hain!

Cause 1: Muscle pain
Sabse common reason — muscle pain.
Zyada bending, lifting ya sitting se ya unaccustomed activity se muscles tight ho jaate hain aur dull ya sharp pain shuru hota hai.
And sometimes ye pain dusre area mein bhi feel sakta hai.

Cause 2: Disc issues
Disc diseases jaise ki internal disc disruption ya disc bulge.
Yeh tab hota hai jab disc me andaruni kuch problem ho ya disc bulge hone ki wajah se nerve press hoti ho, jis se back pain hota hai aur pain legs tak bhi shoot kar sakta hai.

Cause 3: Facet joint arthritis
Facet joints spine ke piche ke side me chhote chhote joints hain jo wear and tear se painful ho jaate hain, especially age ke sath ya athletic activity ki wjah se.
