0️⃣/10 Imperial leather soap, loads of fragrance, ingredient list missing
1️⃣/10 Himalaya neem and turmeric soap, both ingredients daily can dry out your skin 🌱
2️⃣/10 The body shop almond milk soap, notoriously famous for fragrances, you don’t need that daily.
3️⃣/10 ghar MAGIC soap, claims to remove tan, my man issue is the name, MAGIC? Really? Only a soap isn’t going to do that ✨
4️⃣/10 beardo detan scrubbing soap, 14% glycolic acid, main nahi manti, it will strip out all the natural oils of the skin
5️⃣/10 lux lavender and vit c soap, even a vit c serum will take months to work on tan, in soaps, especially claiming exfoliation everyday?results are questionable!
6️⃣/10 sebamed cleansing bar moisturising, and safe to use daily.
7️⃣/10 Cetaphil sunset soap, specially made for dry and sensitive skin, syndent soaps are the ones that should be used daily.
8️⃣/10 Bioderma atoderm intensive pain soap, it’s gentle, good for dry sensitive skin, especially if you have allergies or skin conditions that are icthy and can become painful.
9️⃣/10 aveeno baby soap, it has oatmeal in it, good for people with eczema, oatmeal is highly moisturising.
🔟/10 some by mi aha bha pha miracle soap, I know you love a gentle exfoliating yet hydrating soap, I have prescribed this to many of my patients and seen results in evening out tone with a combination of lotions and creams! ♥️

1. If anything sunscreen will prevent skin cancers period!
If you are following retards who say this, you need to educate yourself and read relevant papers 📄
2. Natural retinol, like bakuchiol, yes it works but it isn’t as strong as prescription retinoids.
3. Eat your skincare, but the food you eat doesn’t directly benefit your skin, it metabolises and doesn’t reach the top layer of the skin, where skincare products do their work 🧴
4. Skincare products have chemicals, even water is a chemical, it’s formula is H2O, is it life or is it a chemical and you will stop drinking it?
5. Plenty of water will solve your skincare problems? Absolutely not! Yes it can hydrate your skin a lil, but you will need products and prescriptions for your skin conditions!
