Here I am trying to offer a refreshing, grounded counter-narrative to the hyper-analytical way we view parenting and childhood today. It’s a call to strip away the clinical "wallpaper" that often obscures the human connection beneath.

The Case for Simplicity: Beyond the "Play of Words"
Modern parenting has become an exercise in linguistics. We spend so much energy decoding generations and categorizing distress that we often miss the child standing right in front of us. By returning to a simpler vocabulary, we can remove the barriers to actual solutions.
1. The Language of Connection vs. The Language of Analysis
We have traded intuitive understanding for "fanciful" terminology. While these terms can be great reads, they often complicate the path to a conclusion.
>The Shift: Instead of "Mental Distress," try "Sadness." Instead of "Social Media Abuse," try "Too much screen time."
>The Benefit: When we stop getting lost in misunderstood terminologies, we stop "trapping" both elders and children in a play of words. A "tired" child needs rest; a "burned out Gen Z-er" requires a strategy. The former is actionable; the latter is academic.

2. The Ancestral Blueprint: Priorities and Productivity
Our parents and grandparents didn't have the luxury of "decoding" their children, yet they often produced resilient, virtuous adults. They operated on a clear, unpolluted frequency.

Know Your Job:
@ Focus on the core responsibilities of being a parent and a human.
@ Eliminate Frivolity: Stop wasting time on trending "stuffs" and over-analysis that adds no value to the household.
over Analysis: Efficiency comes from knowing your priorities and executing them without the need for a modern label.

3. The Mirror Effect: Virtue and The Home
The solutions we seek for our children are rarely found in a textbook or a trending article; they are found in the environment we curate and the character we model.
> Model the Virtue: We cannot expect a harvest of virtue from our children if we haven't planted those seeds in ourselves. If you want a virtuous child, be a virtuous adult.
> Home as the Anchor: "Choose home before anything else." In a world that pulls our attention in a thousand directions, the home must remain the primary site of influence and comfort.

The Bottom Line
Life is inherently simple, but the brain loves to complicate things to avoid the hard work of direct action. If we stop believing that the "decline" of a generation is a complex puzzle to be solved with new words, we realize it is actually a series of small, human needs to be met with presence and common sense.

परवरिश की सादगी: दिखावे के शब्दों से ऊपर उठें
आजकल बच्चों की परवरिश (parenting) करना जैसे कोई दिमागी खेल बन गया है। हम नई पीढ़ी को समझने और उनकी छोटी-छोटी परेशानियों को बड़े-बड़े नाम देने में इतनी ऊर्जा लगा देते हैं कि असली समस्या को ही भूल जाते हैं। अगर हम सरल भाषा अपनाएं, तो हल निकालना आसान हो जाएगा।
1. किताबी बातें बनाम दिल का रिश्ता
हमने अपनी पुरानी समझ को छोड़कर फैंसी अंग्रेजी शब्दों का सहारा लेना शुरू कर दिया है। ये शब्द सुनने में तो अच्छे लगते हैं, लेकिन अक्सर उलझन पैदा करते हैं।
* बदलाव: बच्चे को "मेंटल स्ट्रेस" है कहने के बजाय कहें कि वह "उदास" है। "सोशल मीडिया एब्यूज" के बजाय कहें कि वह "स्क्रीन पर बहुत ज्यादा समय" बिता रहा है।
* फायदा: जब हम सरल शब्द बोलते हैं, तो समाधान भी साफ दिखता है। एक "थके हुए" बच्चे को बस आराम चाहिए; लेकिन जब हम उसे "बर्न आउट" (Burned out) कहते हैं, तो हम उसे एक बीमारी की तरह देखने लगते हैं। पहली बात का इलाज आसान है, दूसरी बात सिर्फ बहस का विषय है।
2. पुरानी सीख: काम की बातें और अनुशासन
हमारे माता-पिता या दादा-दादी के पास बच्चों पर रिसर्च करने का समय नहीं था, फिर भी उन्होंने हमें मेहनती और संस्कारी बनाया। उनका तरीका सीधा और साफ था:
* अपनी जिम्मेदारी समझें: एक माँ-बाप के तौर पर आपका मुख्य काम क्या है, बस उस पर ध्यान दें।
* फालतू की बातों को छोड़ें: इंटरनेट पर चल रहे हर नए ट्रेंड या बेकार के विश्लेषण में समय बर्बाद न करें। इससे घर में सिर्फ तनाव बढ़ता है।
* काम पर ध्यान दें, नाम पर नहीं: चीजों को सुलझाने के लिए किसी 'आधुनिक लेबल' की जरूरत नहीं होती। बस अपनी प्राथमिकता तय करें और उसे पूरा करें।
3. आइने जैसा व्यवहार: घर और संस्कार
हम बच्चों के लिए जो हल किताबों या इंटरनेट पर ढूंढ रहे हैं, वे असल में हमारे खुद के व्यवहार और घर के माहौल में छिपे हैं।
* खुद मिसाल बनें: अगर आप चाहते हैं कि आपका बच्चा संस्कारी और गुणी बने, तो पहले आपको खुद वैसा बनना होगा। बच्चा वो नहीं करता जो आप कहते हैं, वो वो करता है जो आप करते हैं।
* घर को सबसे पहले रखें: दुनिया चाहे आपको कहीं भी खींचे, आपका घर ही वो जगह होनी चाहिए जहाँ बच्चा सबसे ज्यादा सुरक्षित और जुड़ा हुआ महसूस करे।

जिंदगी असल में सरल है, लेकिन हमारा दिमाग इसे पेचीदा बना देता है ताकि हमें मेहनत न करनी पड़े। अगर हम यह मानना बंद कर दें कि आज की पीढ़ी एक बहुत बड़ी "अनसुलझी पहेली" है, तो हमें समझ आएगा कि उनकी जरूरतें बहुत छोटी हैं—बस थोड़ा समय, साथ और समझदारी।
यकीन मानिए, जब हम अपनी जिम्मेदारी समझ लेते हैं, तो यह सब बहुत आसान हो जाता है।

As academicians it's our job too to minimise the usage of WhatsApp and readymade question answers being displayed on the screen. Moreover sending pictures of written tasks through WhatsApp so that kids can complete their work at home.This opens and avenue for the kids to access their parents phone and often misusing it. It's far better to use ERP to actually do this. One broadcast group for the entire school for emergency can be created only to use if there's dire necessity.
