Twenty years ago today, I stepped into the prestigious MGIMS, Sevagram as a first-year MBBS student with the Batch of 2006.

This journey is especially meaningful because I had the privilege of continuing the legacy of my father, Dr. Ram Rathod (MGIMS MBBS Batch of 1979). Even more special, my wife, Dr. Shefali Rathod, was my classmate and is also a proud member of the Batch of 2006.

Grateful for the friendships, the teachers, the memories, and the values that continue to guide us.

Pleased to share that I have been awarded the FRCS Edinburgh by the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

I was honoured to complete the Fellowship examinations with a score of 328/384 (85.4%) in the Structured Oral Examination.

Grateful to my mentors, colleagues, and family for their support. Looking forward to continuing to provide the highest standards of ophthalmic care at Ikshan Eye Hospital and Laser Centre, Nagpur.
