📍 Upper middle (Epigastric) → Stomach / Pancreas
→ gastritis, ulcer, pancreatitis

📍 Left upper (LUQ) → Stomach / Spleen

ONYCHOMYCOSIS

2. Moderate to severe or multiple nails
Add on systemic antifungal

Daily walking কত মিনিট করলেই enough?

✔️ Healthy adult:
👉 30 মিনিট/day
– Moderate pace
– কথা বলা যাবে, কিন্তু গান গাওয়া যাবে না 😄

✔️ Weight loss চাইলে:
👉 45–60 মিনিট/day
– Brisk walking
– ঘাম হওয়া জরুরি

✔️ Diabetes / BP patient:
👉 30–45 মিনিট/day
– Meal এর পরে 10–15 মিনিট walk খুব ভালো

✔️ Beginner হলে:
👉 10–15 মিনিট দিয়ে শুরু করুন
👉 ধীরে ধীরে বাড়ান

❌ ভুল ধারণা:
👉 “2 ঘন্টা না হাঁটলে লাভ নেই” ❌
