“Doctor, what extra thing should I do to guarantee a normal delivery?”

Here’s the reality check:

There is no secret formula or separate workout for a C-section or a normal delivery. There is only one real goal—preparing your body and mind for childbirth itself. Proper preparation helps you handle labor smoothly and bounce back faster during postpartum recovery, no matter how baby decides to arrive!

4 non-negotiables for expecting moms:
✨ Daily Walking: 20–30 minutes every single day (unless restricted)

✨ Strength & Mobility: Gentle pelvic opening stretches & yoga

✨ High-Protein Diet: Essential for baby’s growth and your post-birth recovery

✨ Mindset Work: Breathing exercises to conquer labor fear

Remember:

Train for the birth, stay adaptable, and trust your body’s strength. 🩺✨

💬 What is your biggest fear or question about labor day? Drop it in the comments!

Miscarriages do happen...!!!
Reasons could be plenty..

Most of the t ok mes first trimester miscarriages are due to chromosomal anomalies or genetic factors.

Second in the list would be endocrine factors like luteal phase defects, thyroid disorders, diabetes mellitus etc...

Thrombophilias, APLA syndrome, maternal infections, environmental factors list goes on..
And lastly in 50 percent of the miscarriages cause is still not known ..

Detailed evaluation of the products of conception and maternal blood tests gives most of clues for the diagnosis..

Hey everyone - I’m Dr. Anusha Hemanth, and today let’s talk about an important pregnancy ultrasound - the NT Scan.

Why is the NT Scan Important?

Performed between 11 and 14 weeks of pregnancy, the NT Scan measures and fluid at the back of your baby’s neck. When combined with other screening tests, it helps assess the risk of certain chromosomal abnormalitites, including down syndrome, while also evaluating your baby’s early development.

The scan is safe, non-invasive, and painless for both mother and baby, making it an essential part of first-trimester pregnancy care.

Early screening helps your doctor provide the right guidance for a healthy pregnancy journey.
