मणक्याचे आजार मुळापासून ठीक करायचे असतील, तर मूळ कारणाचे निवारण 🚫 करून योग्य treatment 💊 केली गेली पाहिजे.

- आम्लपित्त हे मणक्यांच्या विकाराचे मुख्य कारण आहे 🌿🫀
- आम्लपित्त मुळे पोटामधील acidic pH 🌡️ वाढतो.
- हाडांमध्ये असलेलं Alkaline Calcium 🧪 हे neutralize करण्यासाठी वापरलं जातं.
