Previous cesar case,,(10yr long period of secondary infertility,,both conceptions & treatment @ our Patil Hospital)...foetal distress...male baby of 3200grms...attended fortunately by my batchmates who came to meet me..Dr Urvesh-Shweta (Neonatologist-High risk obstetrician Ahmadabad),,Dr Ninad Joshi (senior gyne and emergency obst specialist,Nampur)...like all time-superb assistance by my wifee Dr Sh*tal Patil... baby n mother safe..all is well 😊

Gravida 2...First delivery is also @ our hospital Full term normal delivery....This time @ 37th week she started sudden leaking,,pain in abdomen,, USG 15 days bk suggestive of oligohydramnios with single loose loop of cord around neck,, eventually today she landed in foetal distress while trying for normal delivery...Cesar reveled two tight loop of cord around neck and no liquor,,Male baby weighing 3.2kg!.Baby attended by stand by peds,,all ok.

*कॉपर टी*
पाच महिन्यांपूर्वी बसवलेली कॉपर टी काढायला एक 26 वर्षाची पेशंट आली होती,, साधारणतः कॉपर टी काढायला 2 मिनिट लागतात...पण ह्या पेशंट ची कॉपर टी ओढायला गेलो तर घट्ट रुतलेली,निघेना,,, पेशंट ला त्रास होत होता म्हणून भुलेखाली काढायचे ठरवले,,, भुलेखाली कॉपर टी ओढली आणि ती तूटून बाहेर आली 😣🤦‍♂️,, गर्भपिशवी च्या आतील तुकडा ब-याच प्रयत्नाने अनुभवामुळे सफलतापूर्वक विना रक्तस्त्राव काढण्यात 5 मिनिटांनी यश आले👍 ,अन्यथा तो तुकडा काढण्यासाठी हिस्टेरोस्कोपी करावी लागली असती व गरीब पेशंट ला खर्च ही खुप आला असता. खुप दिवसांनंतर अशी केस आली आणि माझ्या 24 वर्षाच्या प्रदीर्घ अनुभवाचा पेशंटला फायदा झाल्याचा मला खुप आनंद झाला.👍😊
