Skinaccess Clinics trace back their roots to 1983 (over 32 years ago) when Dr B R Ghodake, who had done his MD in Dermatology from B J Medical College and Sasson Hospital, Pune, started the first branch of his private practice at Ganjmal, Nashik. Dr. B.R Ghodake MD
He is the first MD Dermatologist to start practice in Nasik district & hence one of the most senior Dermatologists around.
Due to his vast experience, he is looked upon as a mentor by the younger generation of doctors & Dermatologists. He has worked as a honorary specialist for various organizations like the Indian printing press (Nasik road), Jain charitable organization, etc. A nature lover & avid trekker, he is also known for his charitable (free) clinics for the needy which he has been conducting twice a week, since the past 30 years. He has done his MD in Dermatology, Sexually transmitted diseases and Leprosy from the prestigious Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Pondicherry (ranked among the top 3 medical colleges in India). Dr. Nishant has trained under the able guidance of his father & is well versed with the use latest equipments like the Dermoscope & LASERS for various skin and hair disorders. He also performs the latest cosmetic procedures like Botox, Fillers, Peels, Dermabrasion, Dermaroller, etc. He has to his credit published scientific papers in international journals dedicated to hair. She has completed her MBBS and MD in Skin from Seth GSMC and KEM Hospital, Mumbai, one of the most prestigious institutes in field of Dermatology in the country. During her training at KEM hospital she conducted special OPD for vitiligo, psoriasis, acne, pediatric dermatology & hair. After spending 10 years in Mumbai she is plans to implement her training and work in Nashik. She has presented various papers and posters in national as well as international conferences and keeps herself updated with the latest developments in the field of Dermatology.
