I know Chandralata Sharma (CS) and Jyoti as they are regular consultants in my centre. They are excellent in their work and very regular in their visits. CS gives the individual plan of action for every child and takes monthly reviews which are extremely helpful. Jyoti is very dedicated and hard working and energetic with each and every child .

Dear Mam,I am writing to share a feedback update on my child's progress over the last 6 months since using the hearing device consistently.We have noticed significant positive changes in their daily communication and listening habits:Device Compliance: My child wears the device comfortably every day without resistance.Sound Awareness: Their response time to environmental sounds and hearing their name has improved greatly.Vocalisation: There is a noticeable increase in their babbling, vocal experimentation, and sound production.Engagement: Their eye contact has improved, and they show a strong focus on watching mouth movements during conversations.Thank you for your continued guidance and support.Best regards,Randhir Kumar
