This case involved upper teeth spacing, mild crowding in the lower teeth, and a few rotated premolars, all of which were successfully corrected with metal braces. The gummy smile was also addressed to create a more pleasing and balanced smile line.
To complete the aesthetic result, the peg-shaped upper laterals were restored with composite restoration to bring back the ideal golden proportion.
The combination of orthodontic treatment and precise restorative work resulted in a smile that appeared natural, balanced, and in complete harmony with the face.
