Today I had the joy of facilitating an Access Bars session for a child.

We often think stress and anxiety are only adult challenges, but children can experience overwhelm too — from school, social situations, expectations, busy schedules, and even energies around them.

When kids are given the space to relax deeply, they can become more present, at ease, joyful, and connected to their natural sense of wonder.

Before you blame your workload, your coffee, or yourself... ask this question from Access Bars:
“Who does this belong to?”
We are like walking psychic radios, constantly picking up on the thoughts, stresses, and heavy energy of the people sitting around us. If you are highly sensitive, you might be carrying a cafe full of other people’s problems without even realizing it!
How to use the tool:
The moment you feel that sudden shift into overwhelm or anxiety, ask yourself: “Who does this belong to?”
